This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing luxury travel agency serving corporate clients, executives, families, and government organizations.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience booking and managing airline reservations using Sabre’s native commands, provides exceptional customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBook, ticket, and manage airline reservations using Sabre GDS.Coordinate hotels and additional travel services.Design customized travel itineraries.Deliver exceptional customer service.Ensure accuracy in bookings and travel documentation.Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.Maintain accurate records using CRM and travel systems.Required QualificationsProven experience using Sabre GDS native airline commands (Mandatory).Strong knowledge of airline reservations and ticketing.Excellent customer service skills.Good written and verbal English communication.Experience using CRM systems and digital tools.Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST.Important Information⚠️ This is a technical position.Candidates must have practical experience using Sabre native airline commands (advanced/manual commands, not only basic functions).The entire recruitment process consists of a Sabre technical assessment. Candidates who cannot complete a live Sabre skills test will not be considered.
