Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. Assist clients with technical issues by guiding them through troubleshooting steps. Manage multiple customer requests efficiently while maintaining strong organizational skills. Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed client records. Document all client interactions to ensure up-to-date system records. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance service quality. Contribute to the creation of user-friendly documentation and client training materials. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with effective task prioritization. Experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields preferred. Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. This role reports to the Team Lead for Virtual Support Specialists and involves close collaboration with other specialists and departments to provide comprehensive client support.
