In a dynamic and challenging market, the company is committed to supporting business growth while maintaining stability and trust at every stage.Role Description The Representante Autorizado is a full-time, on-site role based in San Juan, responsible for representing Sentinel Financial Group’s services and values to clients and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on risk prevention and protection solutions, explaining coverage options, and assisting with documentation and compliance requirements. The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. The Representante Autorizado also supports business development activities, such as identifying new opportunities, participating in client meetings, and providing feedback on market needs.Qualifications Client engagement and advisory skills, including the ability to explain financial protection and risk mitigation solutions clearly and professionally.Experience in sales, customer service, or account management within financial services, insurance, or a related sector.Strong communication abilities in Spanish and English, with active listening and negotiation skills.Organizational and administrative skills for handling documentation, following regulatory guidelines, and managing multiple client cases.Comfort with technology tools and platforms used for client management, reporting, and daily operational support.Ability to work on-site in San Juan, collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.Preferred: Prior experience as an authorized representative, broker, or similar role, and familiarity with risk management or corporate protection solutions.Preferred education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
