Reservation Officer

Philippine Turista Center, Inc. is looking for a Reservation Officer to join our hospitality team and manage reservations for:

The Bricks Hotel – Dumaguete City
Salum Resort – Dauin, Negros Oriental (villas & rooms)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process reservations for one hotel and one resort
- Handle bookings via Booking.com, Agoda, and other platforms
- Maintain accurate reservation records using Kloud Hotel PMS
- Respond to and follow up guest inquiries via Facebook/Meta, phone, WhatsApp, Viber, and email
- Prepare and send booking quotations and confirmations
- Coordinate with operations and accounting teams
- Assist in basic marketing and promotions for the properties
- Provide timely and professional guest support

Qualifications:
- Male only
- Graduate of BSHM, Tourism, Marketing, or any related course
- With or without experience (WILLING TO TRAIN)
- preferably with customer service experience
- Knowledge of Kloud Hotel, Booking.com, and Agoda is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in basic marketing and guest engagement
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Flexible and available for shifting or night schedules

Work Details:
- Office-based in Villa Valderrama Subd., Bacolod City
- Shifting schedule
