Restaurant Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE As The Tasting Room continues to grow, we are strengthening our operational team. We are looking for a strong, hands-on Restaurant Manager who understands the full operation, leads from the floor and takes ownership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead F&OH and work closely with BOH • Manage staff, rosters, training and performance • Oversee stock, ordering and suppliers • Complete cash-ups, payroll information and daily administration • Compile and manage Controll food cost, labour cost and operational expenses • Maintain service standards and resolve guest concerns • Support events and busy restaurant services KEY REQUIREMENTS • 3–5 years’ relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager, FOH Manager, • General management Operations Management • Full-service restaurant experience required • Strong operational and financial understanding • Proficient with restaurant systems, reporting and administration • South African citizen, based in Johannesburg • Reliable transport and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays PLEASE SEND YOUR CV TO:
