Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise, train, and schedule restaurant staff to maintain high performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address customer concerns.
- Manage inventory, restaurant supplies, and cash handling procedures.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Monitor operating costs and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary school (high school).
- A diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Restaurant Management,
or related field is an asset.
- At least 2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and customer service standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
