Dorian Hotel is seeking a dedicated professional in Canada with a passion for exceptional service and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
✓ Supervise, train, and schedule restaurant staff to maintain high performance.
✓ Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address customer concerns.
✓ Manage inventory, restaurant supplies, and cash handling procedures.
✓ Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
✓ Monitor operating costs and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:
✓ Completion of secondary school (High school).
✓ A diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Restaurant Management,
or related field is an asset.
✓ At least 2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
✓ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
✓ Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and customer service standards.
✓ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
