Restoration Crew Leader

• Lead emergency response crews for water, fire, and mold mitigation
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and equipment setup
• Maintain drying logs and monitor drying progress
• Supervise and mentor Operations Technicians
• Ensure job site safety, quality workmanship, and project efficiency
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial customers
• Protect company equipment and maintain restoration assets
• Participate in an on-call emergency response rotation

Requirements (image):
• 3–5 yrs experience
• Preferred: IICRC or WRT Certification
• Valid driver's license
• No Felony

Requirements (caption):
• 3–5+ years of restoration experience
• Current IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification
• Leadership experience supervising restoration crews
• Strong knowledge of mitigation equipment and drying systems
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs.
• Clean, valid driver's license
• No felony convictions

Compensation (image): FULL TIME $21–$23 per hour
