Restoration Crew Leader

Lead emergency response crews for water, fire, and mold mitigation
Perform water extraction, structural drying, and equipment setup
Maintain drying logs and monitor drying progress
Supervise and mentor Operations Technicians
Ensure job site safety, quality workmanship, and project efficiency
Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial customers
Protect company equipment and maintain restoration assets
Participate in an on-call emergency response rotation

Requirements (from image):
• 3–5 yrs experience
• Preferred: IICRC or WRT Certification
• Valid driver’s license
• No Felony

Pay (from image): FULL TIME $21-$23 per hour
