Retail Analyst Trainee

Responsibilities1. Market insights: Collect and organize market information, gain insights into the consumer market, and assist in developing local sales strategies;2. Order management: responsible for following up on customer orders, production, shipping and other business processes;3. Sales management: Conduct analysis on channel penetration rate, sales revenue, market share, etc., in response to cyclical market management goals, and achieve business targets;4. Marketing: Plan market budget investment and enhance brand awareness;5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.Job Requirements1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above;2. Passionate about home appliance sales, with priority given to those with relevant practical experience in marketing or sales;3. Strong learning ability, executive ability and team cooperation skills;Proactive, reliable, responsible and rigorous in work;4. Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing (able to use as working language);familiarity with Chinese culture is a plus.
