About the role
A retail merchandiser plans how products are displayed, stocked, and promoted in stores to maximize sales and attract customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure products are displayed correctly and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Plan and promote sales, demonstrations, promotions, and launches.
- Track damaged goods and expired products on shelves.
- Build relationships with store managers and buyers to negotiate promotions and close projects.
- Monitor and report on competitor pricing, promotions, and product benefits.
- Document store visits, report on merchandising, and share customer feedback with Sales.
Requirements

- Have 2 years of retail experience.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be familiar with product demand, forecasting, and inventory levels, and ensure customers are fully stocked.
