Our People team is seeking a Reward & Wellbeing Lead CARCAM to join our team in Panama supporting the Caribbean & Central America cluster. In this position you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, wellbeing, recognition, and incentive programs. The role ensures that reward practices are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives while supporting the attraction, retention, engagement, and performance of employees.
The ideal candidate will be accountable for HR personnel cost management, workforce budgeting, forecasting, and budget control, providing data-driven insights and governance to optimize reward investments and ensure sustainable people-related expenditures across the organization.
What you’ll doLead the organization’s total rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, benefits, wellbeing, recognition, and variable pay programs to support talent attraction, retention, and engagement.Manage annual salary review and merit increase processes, market benchmarking, pay equity assessments, salary structures, grading frameworks, and job evaluation activities.Review and approve compensation recommendations related to promotions, transfers, and new hires, ensuring governance and internal consistency.Own HR personnel cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and budget control, partnering with Finance to monitor labor costs, salary investments, and incentive spendingOversee employee benefits programs, ensuring competitive and cost-effective offerings through vendor management, contract negotiations, and continuous market evaluationDevelop and execute employee wellbeing and recognition strategies, measuring effectiveness through participation levels, employee feedback, and workforce metrics.Administer annual bonus and incentive programs, including sales incentives and short-term incentive plans, ensuring accurate calculations, compliance, and governance.Deliver reward analytics, workforce insights, dashboards, and executive reporting to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization.Ensure compliance with labor legislation, reward policies, audit requirements, data privacy standards, and regulatory changes impacting compensation and benefits.Manage external reward and benefits providers, monitoring service levels, renewals, contractual performance, and budget efficiency to maximize value and employee experience.
About youTo be successful in this role you will be:Graduated in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related Degree.+5 years of proven experience in multinational companies in Compensation & Benefits.Proven experience leading wellbeing initiatives with impact on employee engagement.Fluent in English and Spanish.Advanced Microsoft Office, SAP, Success Factor, Salary Survey Methodologies, PwC, and Mercer.
