RN Hemodialysis

Qualifications:
✅ Minimum 1 year of Hemodialysis RN experience
✅ Experience caring for ESRD (End-Stage Renal Disease) patients
✅ Strong assessment, patient education, medication administration, and dialysis machine operation skills
✅ Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Education:
🎓 Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
⭐ Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
Required Certifications:
✔️ Active New York State RN License
✔️ BLS Certification
✔️ ACLS Certification
Preferred Certifications:
➕ Basic Arrhythmia Certification
➕ Nephrology Nursing Certification
Key Responsibilities:
💉 Initiate and terminate hemodialysis treatments
💉 Monitor dialysis patients throughout treatment
💉 Assess patient condition, vital signs, and access sites
💉 Administer medications and provide patient education
💉 Document care accurately in the EMR
💉 Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
