Road Maintenance Coordinator

Under direct supervision, responsible for answering incoming breakdown calls, resolving equipment issues with drivers and vendors, making safe, cost-effective decisions to facilitate quick repairs, and maximizing equipment utilization. Requirements include advanced English (C1), automotive and/or diesel mechanic knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a bachelor's degree related to logistics from Mexico. Schedule: NOCTURNAL SHIFT ONLY: Wednesday 17:00 to 23:00 or 23:00 to 05:00, Thursday to Saturday 17:00 to 05:00, or Sunday to Tuesday 17:00 to 05:00 with change on Daylight Saving Time. Salary: $18,500 MXN per month before taxes. Workplace: Torre 2, Plaza Uptown Juriquilla, Querétaro.
