About the role
At Asepsa, you will analyze financial information, prepare financial reports, and maintain and oversee company accounts and financial records.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss statements, and other accounting schedules and reports.
- Update journals, ledgers, and other records of financial business transactions.
- Adhere to and communicate accounting and auditing policies and procedures.
- Verify data accuracy and prepare reports and reviews based on it.
- Manage data entry activities in accounting systems.
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience in a shared service center.
- Relevant accounting experience and understanding of managing multinational accounting operations.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and excellent oral, written, and overall communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize diverse workloads and adapt to changing priorities and assignments.
- Client engagement and customer relationship management skills.
- English proficiency, verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- CPI is desired. Experience using SAP or other resource planning systems is strongly preferred. Advanced Portuguese is also listed as a nice-to-have.
