Safety Officer

Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Must have 1–3 years of experience in occupational health & safety roles.
3. Experience conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
4. Knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures.
5. Proficiency with MS Office and safety management software.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards.
2. Lead risk assessments, recommend corrective actions, and monitor their implementation.
3. Investigate incidents, report findings, and recommend preventive measures.
4. Provide safety training, conduct drills, and maintain emergency preparedness plans.
5. Track safety performance, prepare reports, and promote a strong safety culture.
