Safety Officer

We are looking for a dedicated Safety Officer to ensure a safe and healthy work environment on site and promote a culture of safety.

QUALIFICATIONS:
With experience as Safety Officer in a construction company
Knowledgeable in construction safety standards, policies, and procedures
Can conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox meetings
Knowledgeable in OSH laws, regulations, and DOLE requirements
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Willing to be assigned anywhere around Metro Manila

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and monitor the company’s safety policies and programs
Conduct site safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions
Conduct safety orientations and toolbox meetings
Prepare reports and maintain safety records
Investigate accidents and incidents and provide recommendations
Ensure proper use of PPE and other safety equipment
Perform other duties as assigned
