Sales Account Manager

We are a fun, high-growth creative Language Services company that specializes in delivering best-in-class solutions for our clients. We work with some of the world’s leading financial, life science, and technology organizations to help them achieve their goals and dissolve cultural barriers. We are looking for a Sales Account Manager, who will be focused on developing prospects and managing loyal recurrent customers.
Major Activities:Timely follow up on leads and prospects and build sales pipeline.Explain our business model to clients and advise them on our services. Work on customer retention through research and an active follow-up. Manage accounts for recurrent valued customers.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted consultant and advocate for their needs with a focus on improving buyer experience.Provide the highest level of customer service by ensuring client satisfaction from point of contact through project delivery (Processing of sales and post service tasks). Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Find new business opportunities and growth opportunities within your existing accounts.Monitor compliance with agreed-upon schedule and deadlines.Ensure queries are answered by clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and requests.Complete an on-time delivery of the service.
Requirements:Native or near-native command of the English language.+2-year experience interacting with clients.Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho).Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Preferably with a sales background in the service sector.
