Sales and Marketing Coordinator

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Manage CRM records, sales leads, client follow-ups, and performance reports.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Provide executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Organize, clean, and collaborate, and analyze raw sales and marketing data using Microsoft Excel; prepare accurate trackers, reports, and summaries.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- With relevant experience in sales coordination, CRM marketing, and executive support.
- Must be organized, discreet, trustworthy, and demonstrate strong professional integrity.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, PivotTables, data filtering, validation, and handling large datasets.
