Cheri Maree is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Outbound to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa . This full-time role is essential to our sales growth, focusing on outbound lead generation and client engagement in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads effectively. Engage potential clients through meaningful conversations to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage all prospect interactions accurately. Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve lead conversion rates. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to communicate benefits clearly. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients as required. Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly sales activity targets. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in sales strategy and prospecting. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales activities. 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
