Key Responsibilities Conduct daily inspections of mining equipment and tools to ensure safety and optimal operation, reducing downtime and preventing accidents. Operate mining machinery and tools following strict safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. Assist in the transportation and distribution of coal products efficiently from mining sites to designated storage or processing areas. Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to uphold safety standards and implement best practices on-site. Participate actively in loading and unloading coal, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to meet production targets. Record and report any irregularities or operational issues promptly to the Shift Supervisor to facilitate quick resolution. Engage in ongoing safety training and professional development sessions to enhance skills and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum education level of Grade 12 or equivalent. Strong understanding and application of mining safety protocols. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, physically demanding environment. Willingness to learn and participate in safety and operational training programs.
