Execute outbound prospecting efforts through high-volume calling, email, and automated sequences.Engage prospects and conduct qualification conversations to assess fit and interest.Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach activity.Quickly develop relationships and represent the company professionally.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach effectiveness and results.✅ What We're Looking ForStrong English communication skills.Proven success in metrics-driven sales environments.Demonstrated performance above peers through quota attainment, rankings, or KPI achievement.High energy, resilience, and a competitive mindset.Ability to build trust and adapt messaging quickly.Preference for candidates with a stable work history.⭐ Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales Representative, or in outbound sales.Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools.Comfortable working in environments with a high call volume and activity-driven performance metrics.🌟 Success in This RoleThe ideal candidate is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and confident, engaging prospects at scale.
