Sales Engineer - Capital Equipment in Mumbai, India

Singhania Tableting is hiring a dynamic Sales Engineer specializing in Capital Equipment to join our Mumbai, Maharashtra team. This full-time role requires bridging technical expertise with customer needs to drive sales and customer satisfaction across industries such as Pharma and Food & Beverage. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and prospect new clients including Consultants, EPCs, and Corporates. Manage inquiries, conduct product demonstrations and presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals. Understand and explain complex process and packaging equipment benefits, tailoring solutions to client requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while staying informed on industry trends. Provide after-sales support and collaborate closely with service and project management teams. Support marketing efforts, participate in trade shows, analyze competitors, and provide accurate sales forecasts. Manage sales pipeline using CRM software and travel extensively as needed. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strategic selling techniques. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2-4 years of experience in sales engineering within the capital equipment sector. Strong technical knowledge with the ability to understand complex engineering concepts. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred certifications in engineering sales or related technical fields.
