Key Responsibilities Prospect and engage potential residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences. Conduct community tours and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of senior living options. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as healthcare providers and community organizations. Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and current residents, ensuring satisfaction and trust. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth. Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and optimize lead generation. Stay updated on senior living industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge. Utilize CRM tools effectively to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales environment. Fluency in Kannada and Tamil; proficiency in additional South Indian languages is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets. Preferred: Knowledge of the senior living industry and its unique customer needs. Experience working with senior citizens or in healthcare-related sales. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
