What You'll Do:• Engage with prospective clients and generate sales opportunities.• Conduct outbound calls and follow-up activities.• Build strong customer relationships.• Consistently achieve sales and activity targets.• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development.
Requirements:• Minimum C1 English proficiency (spoken and written).• At least 6 months of sales experience.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.• Ability to start the role by September 14th.
Compensation & Benefits:• COP 3,300,000 Monthly Salary• Transportation Allowance (as applicable)• COP 300,000 Monthly Attendance Bonus• Monthly Sales Incentives of up to USD 5,000• Additional Performance-Based Rewards During Training
