ANAXON TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD is seeking a motivated Sales Executive (New Accounts) to join our dynamic IT services team in Dallas, TX . This full-time role focuses on driving new business growth by identifying and securing new clients with innovative IT solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and target potential new clients through thorough research and professional networking. Deliver consultative sales presentations tailored to client-specific IT service needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to establish long-term partnerships. Prepare persuasive proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales efficiently. Collaborate closely with marketing to design and implement outreach campaigns targeting new accounts. Track and report sales metrics regularly to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Engage in ongoing training and attend industry events to stay current on IT market trends and product knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in consultative selling within the IT services sector. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 3-5 years of relevant sales experience preferred. Industry certifications such as Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) are a plus. Our collaborative work environment encourages idea exchange and teamwork. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and work alongside marketing, product management, and customer support teams to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
