Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets. Engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to build strong relationships. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer preferences. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations highlighting the benefits of our products and services. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional strategies and campaigns. Manage customer accounts ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Track sales performance metrics and report results to upper management. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage clients. Proven customer service experience in a sales environment. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies in a competitive market. Previous experience in team management or leadership is a plus. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is preferred.
