We're looking for a dynamic Sales Head to drive our sales strategy and lead a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a dedicated sales team, providing ongoing training, coaching, and performance management to exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals to maximize revenue growth. Set clear, measurable individual sales targets and monitor progress to ensure team accountability and success. Collaborate with sales agents to refine sales scripts and improve customer engagement and conversion rates. Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, forecast sales, and adjust strategies accordingly. Ensure the sales team is equipped with necessary resources, tools, and market intelligence to perform optimally. Plan and oversee comprehensive sales training programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to support long-term business growth. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 15 years of proven experience as a Sales Head or Vice President for Sales in the real estate industry. Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing and growing successful sales teams. Strong expertise in sales management, business planning, marketing, training, and negotiation. Ability to analyze complex sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Preferred: Licensed Real Estate Broker certification. Existing sales team including Project Directors, Sales Directors/Sales Managers, and Property Specialists. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and client relationships. Passion for career development and mentoring emerging sales leaders.
