Key Responsibilities Lead and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the electronics manufacturing sector. Mentor and provide guidance to sales team members, fostering professional growth and improving team performance. Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer data, and competitor activities. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and customer service to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in printed circuit boards, cables, or harness assemblies. Established and active industry network within Texas, preferably Austin. Local to Austin, TX, with the ability to work on-site full-time. Demonstrated career stability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Preferred: Experience leading or mentoring sales teams in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills with experience in market and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills tailored to B2B electronics manufacturing clients. Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tracking systems.
