Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and international clients across Europe, Asia, and North America. Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and customer needs in the recycling industry. Lead negotiations and close deals for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics, and paper scrap products. Collaborate with the logistics and quality control teams to ensure timely delivery and product standards compliance. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management. Represent Ivory Phar Inc at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network expansion. Train and mentor junior sales staff to foster a high-performance sales culture. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 3 years of sales management experience, preferably in B2B recycling, metals, or commodities trading. Strong negotiation and communication skills with proven ability to close complex deals. Knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous metals markets and recycling industry standards. Ability to analyze market data and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to work on-site in El Paso, Texas. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field. Experience working with international clients and understanding of export regulations. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, given the regional market dynamics. Leadership skills with a track record of developing successful sales teams.
