WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Sales & Marketing experience in Healthcare / Hospital / Medical Equipment / Pharma preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Experience in Corporate Tie-ups, MOU's & Business Development
Ability to handle team and work under pressure
Pressure handling ability and management skills
MBA in Marketing / Business Administration preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, manage and grow the Sales & Marketing team
Plan and implement effective strategies to achieve business goals
Develop and maintain strong corporate relationships with hospitals, corporates, institutions & agencies
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly targets
Prepare reports, market analysis and action plans
Manage pressure situations efficiently and deliver results
