Key Responsibilities • Develop sales opportunities within the Ghorahi market. • Identify construction projects and potential customers. • Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, engineers, and project stakeholders. • Conduct regular market and project visits. • Generate leads and follow up until sales closure. • Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new business accounts. • Coordinate quotations, orders, and deliveries with internal teams. • Monitor competitor activities and market trends. • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. • Submit regular sales and market reports. Requirements • BBA/BBS or equivalent qualification. • 3–4 years of relevant sales experience. • Experience in RMC, Cement, Paints, Hardware, Construction Materials, or related industries preferred. • Strong project and field-sales orientation. • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Must be a resident of Ghorahi. • Own two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
