Quanteq Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist (B2B) based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. This full-time role offers remote work eligibility and focuses on developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold outreach, and online events. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients and partners. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and business growth. Create and deliver tailored proposals, pitch decks, and presentations to prospective clients. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market gaps to inform sales strategies. Support innovation and sustainability goals through strategic vendor collaborations. Lead negotiations for vendor agreements focusing on cost savings, value creation, and risk mitigation. Draft, review, and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and master service agreements (MSAs). Work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment. Key Skills and Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales with proven results. Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation, and persuasive presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets. Resourceful with strong research skills to identify new leads and target markets. Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities. A degree in business administration, marketing, or related field is preferred. Compensation: Competitive salary of ZAR 15,000 per month.
