About the role
Microsoft’s Customer & Commercial Success organization turns commercial strategy into execution at scale. Its charter is to bring CAIP Frontier Conversations to life as Cloud & AI platform revenue, in line with the FY27 GTM strategy, across key Azure products.
As a SME&C CAIP (Cloud and AI Platforms) Enablement Lead, you will work within the worldwide CAIP Commercial solution area and collaborate with internal organizations to develop cloud and AI sales and technical skilling plans that drive technical wins and business success.
