Since 2016, we've been a Salesforce and Trusted Compute development partner, shipping production platforms across Salesforce, Heroku, and Microsoft Azure for organizations that can't afford to get it wrong.At Dreamforce '26, Salesforce put a name on where all of this is going: AIforce, and the line they used on stage, “AI replaces the UI.” Salesforce becomes a governed business-logic platform that any AI surface can reach. We've been building against that pattern since before it had a name, through MCP servers, headless architecture, and business logic exposed as callable capability instead of screens. Our work includes StratisAI for Agentforce-driven automation, trusted compute on Heroku and Azure, and secure mobile applications that put Salesforce data and business process directly into the field.
THE ROLEYou'll design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions that run real business processes and real digital products. Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, integrations, and the platform underneath it all.You'll also build on the part of the platform that's three weeks old. Hosted MCP servers and the headless-360 tool surface. External Client Apps with scoped OAuth, where every call runs as the authenticated user and object permissions, field-level security, and sharing rules still apply. Agent actions that hand off to Heroku(trusted compute) or Azure when governor limits or language runtime say Apex isn't the right home for the work. And client-specific skills built on the open sf-skills library, packaged so a coding agent executes a client's patterns correctly instead of generically.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Panama City. You'll work with local and global stakeholders and have a real voice in design discussions, sprint planning, technical reviews, and releases.
OUR TOOLKITSalesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Agentforce, Data 360, hosted MCP servers, the Headless Toolkit, Heroku, Heroku AppLink, Microsoft Azure, GitHub, and CI/CD with scratch orgs and automated tests. Some projects also involve Visualforce and legacy automation that has to be understood, stabilized, or modernized without breaking what's running today.
WHAT YOU'LL DO• Build custom Salesforce solutions in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and configuration, and choose correctly between them• Translate business requirements into technical designs the delivery team can execute• Build secure integrations using REST, Platform Events, AppLink, and Change Data Capture• Expose client business logic to AI surfaces through MCP tooling and External Client Apps, with permissions and sharing enforced by the platform rather than reimplemented in a prompt• Write and maintain Salesforce skills that encode a client's real patterns, then test them like code• Move heavy or long-running work off-platform to Heroku or Azure when governor limits, language choice, or throughput call for it• Instrument agent actions with session traces, action logs, and regression tests so production behavior is something we can actually explain• Chase production issues to actual root cause, review code, prep releases, and support what you shipped• Cut technical debt by simplifying automation and retiring fragile patterns, and build security, data access, and performance in from the start
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR• Real production experience building and supporting Salesforce solutions• Strong Apex: triggers, async processing (Queueable, Batch, Platform Events), integrations, test design, and governor-limit-aware architecture• Hands-on Lightning Web Components, including component composition and Lightning Data Service• Solid administration and declarative development: Flow, permission sets, sharing, validation rules, data modeling• SOQL and the Salesforce APIs, plus integration and error-handling patterns like retries, idempotency, and bulkification• The judgment to know when a requirement calls for configuration, custom Apex, trusted compute on Heroku or Azure, or a simpler answer than any of those• Source control, deployment practice, and agile delivery you've actually worked in• Communication that lands with engineers and business stakeholders, and the ownership to move work forward without waiting for every detail to be handed to you• Ability to work on-site in Panama City and collaborate across multiple projects and time zones
Platform Developer I or II and Administrator certifications will get our attention. Experience with Agentforce, Data 360, MCP servers, agent skills or plugin development, Heroku, Azure, AppLink, mobile applications, or regulated industries is an additional plus.
