✔ 5–10 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and ideally Data Cloud)
✔ Strong experience building workflows, dashboards, reports, and automations to improve sales and marketing performance
✔ Experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
✔ Working knowledge of System Integrations, APIs, and Data Migration
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
✔ Hands-on experience with JIRA, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
✔ Programming knowledge in Python, C/C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, PHP, and R is highly desirable
