Salesforce QA Engineer

About the role

Hikko is hiring a Salesforce QA Engineer to ensure stability and quality across multi-org enterprise Salesforce ecosystems in the financial services space, in a modern, AI-assisted QA environment.

Responsibilities

• Define test plans, test cases and strategies to cover core functionalities.
• Run manual and automated tests on Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs and integrations, validating functionality, security and performance.
• Use Copado AI to generate test cases, scripts and regression coverage.
• Develop and maintain automated UI and API tests integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• Document test results and report defects with clear, reproducible steps.
• Work with Developers and Business Analysts to improve quality from early stages.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
• Safeguard information, access and tools in line with security and compliance policies.

Requirements

• 4+ years in QA, including 3+ years in Salesforce testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Copado, Provar, Selenium or similar.
• Ability to validate SOQL results, debug logs and platform events.
• Comfort using AI tools for test generation and defect analysis.
• Strong written communication.
• Nice to have: experience in lending or regulated environments, REST/SOAP testing, CI/CD and Git, and Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder or Testing Tools).
