Role Description The Salesperson at Kanna CBD Store is a full-time, on-site role based in Ambato city. In this position, the Salesperson greets customers, answers questions, and provides product recommendations aligned with individual needs and preferences. Daily tasks include explaining product features and usage, processing sales transactions, handling returns or exchanges, and maintaining accurate point-of-sale records. The Salesperson also helps manage inventory, restock shelves, ensure product displays are clean and organized, and support basic store opening and closing procedures. The role involves staying informed about CBD products and relevant regulations, promoting special offers, and contributing to a positive, respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
Qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and professionally with a diverse range of customers.Sales and retail skills, including basic point-of-sale operation, cash handling, and experience achieving or supporting sales goals.Ability to learn and communicate product information clearly, including features, benefits, and appropriate usage of CBD products.Organizational skills for managing inventory, maintaining clean and orderly displays, and following store procedures consistently.Clear verbal and written communication skills in en_US; additional local language abilities are a plus.Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.Basic understanding of responsible CBD use or a willingness to learn quickly; prior experience in wellness or pharmaceutical retail is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not strictly required.
