Duties and ResponsibilitiesSAP BRIM Development.Design, develop, enhance, and support SAP BRIM technical solutions across SOM, CI, CC, and FI-CA.Develop custom enhancements, interfaces, workflows, forms, APIs, and automation solutions supporting enterprise billing and revenue management processes.Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.Support enterprise subscription-based and usage-based billing models.SOM Development Support.Order capture.Contract modifications.Fulfillment integrations.Subscription management workflows.Convergent Charging (CC) Development.Usage-based billing.Rating logic.Mediation integration.Pricing and charging frameworks.Convergent Invoicing (CI) Development.Develop and support invoicing, billing aggregation, and financial posting processes.Enhance invoice generation, formatting, reconciliation, and billing integration functionality.Support custom billing workflows and invoicing automation.FICA Development Support.Customer account management.Payment processing.Collections and dunning.Financial postings.Dispute management.Account reconciliation.Technical Development & Integration.ABAP programs.BADIs.User exits.Enhancements.RFCs.OData services.APIs and web services.Support integrations between SAP BRIM and:SAP S/4HANA.CRM/CX platforms.Middleware and integration platforms.Third-party billing and payment systemsTesting & Quality Assurance.Unit testing.Integration testing.System testing.User acceptance testing (UAT).Support defect analysis, debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Ensure solution quality, scalability, and operational stability.Performance Optimization & Production Support.Analyze and optimize application performance and transaction processing efficiency.Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response activities.Participate in deployments, cutovers, maintenance windows, and production support.Assist with performance tuning for high-volume billing and charging environments.Documentation & Governance.Technical specifications.Interface documentation.Operational procedures.Development standards.Technical runbooks.Experience for Senior Role7+ years of SAP technical development experience.3+ years of direct SAP BRIM development experience.Required QualificationsProven experience supporting enterprise billing and revenue management solutions.Strong understanding of subscription-based and usage-based billing processes.Hands-on experience developing and supporting:SAP SOM.SAP CI.SAP CC.SAP FI-CA.Strong ABAP development experience including:Enhancements.User exits.BADIs.APIs.OData services.Workflow integrations.Experience with:SAP HANA.SAP S/4HANA integrations.Middleware and API integrations.Performance tuning and troubleshooting.SAP Certifications.SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver.SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management.SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA.SAP S/4HANA technical certifications are preferred.Additional Certifications.SAP BTP certifications preferred.Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) preferred.
