SAP HCM Consultant - Remote Opportunity

Jobs Mediator Ltd is seeking a skilled SAP HCM Consultant for a full-time role focused on delivering expert consultancy in SAP Human Capital Management modules. This position offers a competitive salary of €90,000 per year and supports remote work flexibility. Key Responsibilities Implement and configure SAP HCM solutions tailored to client needs. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HCM modules including PA, PY-DE, PY-PT, OM, and ESS/MSS. Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HCM solutions with other business processes. Train and support end-users on SAP HCM functionalities and best practices. Analyze HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. Document system configurations, solutions, and process enhancements for future reference. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in SAP HCM modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll for Germany (PY-DE), Payroll for Portugal (PY-PT), Organizational Management (OM), and ESS/MSS. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Relevant SAP or HR certifications preferred but not mandatory. Experience with additional HR software/tools is a plus. This role reports to senior management within the HR department and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration and optimization.
