SAP Program Manager

About the role

GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. is seeking an SAP Onsite Program Manager for a full-time role. The position is described as remote, with travel to Ciudad Juarez two times a month.

The role leads large-scale SAP S4HANA transformation, rollout, and support programs across multiple countries, business units, and manufacturing locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program delivery, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, resource coordination, risk mitigation, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across SAP modules and workstreams, including FICO, OTC, PTP, RTR, EWM, PP, MES, and integration.
• Drive business process standardization, localization requirements, data migration, testing, change management, and deployment while meeting project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Work with business leadership, plant managers, IT teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors to deliver SAP programs.
• Manage manufacturing and automotive implementations involving Mobile Data Entry (MDE), JIT call processing, MES integration, Local GAAP compliance, and invoicing requirements.
• Provide executive reporting focused on business value realization, operational excellence, and user adoption across global SAP landscapes.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise leading large-scale SAP S4HANA transformation, rollout, and support programs.
• Strong experience in end-to-end program delivery and coordinating cross-functional teams across SAP modules and integration workstreams.
• Experience with manufacturing and automotive industry implementations and the listed processes and requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive reporting skills.
