School Cashier

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
- Preferably with 1-2 years of cashiering, accounting, or finance experience (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds may also apply).
- Knowledge of cash handling, billing, collection, receipting, and bank deposits.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting or school management systems is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality of financial records.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure, especially during enrollment and payment periods.
- Willing to undertake or direct work on school operations, when necessary.
- No record of financial misconduct or criminal convictions.
- Physically fit and capable of performing office-related duties.

Preferred Skills:
- Accurate cash counting and reconciliation.
- Ability to prepare daily cash collection reports.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional work ethic.
