Avalon is looking for a creative Script Writer for YouTube Animation to join our innovative digital media team. This freelance role is perfect for storytellers passionate about animation and crafting engaging narratives that captivate diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities Develop original, compelling scripts for animated YouTube videos with clear and engaging storytelling. Conduct detailed research to ensure accuracy and creativity in narratives. Collaborate closely with animators to synchronize scripts with visual elements. Revise scripts based on feedback from the creative director and project stakeholders. Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions to innovate content concepts. Meet project deadlines and deliver scripts on schedule. Analyze viewer engagement data and refine scripts for future projects accordingly. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Film, Creative Writing, or related discipline. Proven storytelling ability with a strong creative flair. Excellent research skills to create informative and relatable content. Experience writing for digital media or animation is preferred. Familiarity with animation workflows and collaboration with artists. Minimum 2 years of professional scriptwriting or related experience.
