We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience to lead Agile delivery for Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure successful project delivery. Required Skills: Scrum Master (6+ Years), P&C Insurance Domain, Agile / Scrum Methodologies, JIRA & Confluence, DevOps & Release Management, Stakeholder Management, GenAI / AI Project Exposure (Preferred).
