Role Overview:

Drive the effectiveness and impact of two critical IT domains by enabling agile delivery across Enterprise Tools and Platforms and Operations and Reliability, with a strong emphasis on advancing AIOps capabilities. This role influences how automation, monitoring, and self-healing solutions are delivered at scale, improving system resilience and operational efficiency for internal stakeholders. You will partner closely with engineering and operations leaders to shape execution, remove friction, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. This position offers visibility into enterprise-level initiatives and the opportunity to expand expertise in AI-driven operations and modern delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead agile ceremonies across multiple IT teams to drive consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes and continuous improvementOwn the end-to-end facilitation of backlog health, ensuring prioritization aligns with automation, monitoring, and AIOps-driven impactDrive visibility into delivery performance by analyzing metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and predictability, enabling data-informed decisionsGuide quarterly planning processes, aligning team execution with broader platform and operational strategyIdentify and resolve delivery blockers, enabling seamless coordination across teams and accelerating time to valueContribute to the Scrum Master Center of Excellence by sharing insights and adopting scalable best practices across the organizationChampion the adoption of AI-assisted delivery tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual overhead, and enhance reporting accuracyPartner with product owners and engineering leaders to ensure backlog items are clearly defined, estimated, and aligned with business outcomesCoordinate release and deployment activities for enterprise platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and high reliabilityMaintain accurate and transparent delivery artifacts within Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools to support collaboration and accountability

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, supporting multiple agile teams concurrentlyStrong foundation in Agile and Scrum principles with demonstrated ability to apply them in complex IT environmentsExperience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira and ConfluenceProven ability to collaborate with technical stakeholders across IT operations, platform engineering, or enterprise tooling environmentsFamiliarity with AI-assisted tools that support delivery, reporting, or workflow automationStrong organizational, facilitation, and communication skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certificationExposure to AIOps practices, including monitoring, alerting, and automated remediationExperience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise IT service management platforms
