Role Description The Seasonal Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Guatemala City. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions in partnership with hiring managers. The Seasonal Recruiter will post job openings, manage applicant tracking systems, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, preparing recruitment reports, and adhering to company policies and local labor regulations. This position collaborates closely with HR and operations teams to ensure staffing needs are met during peak periods while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.QualificationsExperience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.Proficiency using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms (e.g., job boards, professional networks).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of HR best practices and basic knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.Experience recruiting for outsourcing, financial services, mortgage, insurance, or banking roles is a plus.Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages commonly used in Guatemala is an advantage.Comfort working with data to track recruitment metrics and prepare status reports for stakeholders.Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices.Relevant associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience in recruiting or HR.
