Surakshya Security Services is hiring a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. This full-time role is essential for maintaining the safety and security of our premises and personnel. As a Security Guard, you will engage with staff and visitors to foster a safe and secure environment built on trust and assurance. Key Responsibilities Monitor and operate surveillance equipment to oversee the premises effectively. Conduct regular patrols on foot and by vehicle to deter and detect intrusion or suspicious activity. Maintain a visible presence to enhance security for employees and visitors. Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure compliance with security protocols. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies and take appropriate actions. Prepare and maintain detailed logs of daily activities and incidents. Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: 10th Grade. Proven skills in surveillance and monitoring systems. Strong physical fitness and ability to remain alert throughout shifts. Calm and effective handling of emergency situations. Prior security experience preferred but not mandatory. Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols. You will report to the Security Supervisor and collaborate with management and other departments to ensure seamless operations and a secure workplace.
