This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary of ₹21,000. Key Responsibilities Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other individuals to maintain premises security. Conduct regular patrols to deter and identify potential security risks. Report and respond promptly to any security incidents or breaches. Maintain surveillance using CCTV systems and ensure all security equipment functions properly. Prepare and submit daily activity and incident reports to management. Assist in emergencies by providing first aid and crisis management when needed. Collaborate with law enforcement officials to report criminal or suspicious activities. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required. Prior experience in security or surveillance preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and security protocols. Ability to stay alert and focused for extended periods. Excellent observation skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of reporting procedures and emergency response. Physical fitness and ability to handle stressful situations. This role involves close collaboration with colleagues, management, and law enforcement to maintain comprehensive security coverage. You will report directly to the Security Manager and work within a supportive team environment.
