Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements following GAAP guidelines. Perform detailed account reconciliations and analyze variances for actionable insights. Ensure timely and accurate financial closings, consistently meeting deadlines. Evaluate and improve financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting. Assist with audits by coordinating with external auditors and providing required documentation. Mentor and guide junior accounting staff to foster professional growth. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 3-5 years of accounting experience in a similar role preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with accounting software and financial systems. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment. This Senior Accountant position reports directly to the Accounting Manager and works closely with finance and operations teams in a collaborative environment.
