Join Dempsey Resource Management inc in Quezon City as a Senior Accountant and play a key role in maintaining financial integrity and compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Assist in budgeting and forecasting, analyzing variances, and providing actionable insights. Coordinate the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors effectively. Maintain accurate and timely financial records and systems. Review and implement internal controls to improve financial process efficiency. Mentor junior accounting staff to foster a collaborative and learning-focused team environment. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred. Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAP. CPA certification or equivalent is a plus. Report directly to the Finance Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial consistency and integrity within a supportive finance department.
